Titan Production Equipment LLC is Hiring an Engineering Coordinator Near The Woodlands, TX
- Monitor and report on engineering hours and schedule adherence on projects.
- Assist project engineers in executing tasks such as creating BOM’s, reviewing drawings, conducting walkdowns, creating manuals, producing datasheets, etc.
- Set up new part numbers in ERP system
- Review drawings for bill of materials accuracy
- Enter bills of materials in ERP system
- Implement change orders and make changes to job materials lists accordingly
- Update engineering key performance indicator metrics
- Maintain completed job records
- Adept with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using an ERP system such as Oracle, SAP. Bonus points for Global Shop
- Familiar with manufacturing drawings and managing bills of materials
- Working with a PDM/PLM file system such as Autodesk Vault
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate & prioritize tasks from multiple people
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High energy, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, while being assertive in a team environment
- Able to work independently and ensure tasks are completed with little supervision
- Able to work well with others
